How to convince my dad to let me wear girl clothes?
Im in 6th grade and in my school we have to wear uniforms. I really wanted some cute unifom clothes from the junior section but my dad instead went to the men section and bought me men navy blue work pants and my uniform shirts that were too big. My grandma was trying to convince my dad to let me get other uniform clothes but he would'nt budge. I told him I wanted pants that fitted my body type but he ust looked at me and was like why do you need tight clothes? Are you trying to be fast? But Im not I want to look like a girl. My little sister gets to wear cute uniform clothes from the girl section. My grandma said it was going to be okay and that my dad is just trying to protect me because he doesnt want any boys looking at me because now Im starting to develop curves and a chest. I wish I go back to 5th grade when I didnt have curves or a chest so I could wear cute uniform clothes like my sister. How can I convince my dad to let me wear girl clothes again?

he is developmentally delayed, he really prefers his little sisters clothes. she is three. pink and purple stuff. there aren't any boy clothes in these colors. he wears certain things to school uniform but any other time he would rather be in something frilly...he also really likes my nightys. he has seen them in the clothes when i do laundry. he throws a fit wanting to wear her disney princess gown. we offer him spiderman, hulk, all the bright colors, but he loves long t shirts dresses. i try not to make a big deal and u guys are the first i've asked about it. we kinda laughed it off at first, but his dad and i wonder if it will get him teased to wear girl clothes.
Where to shop for new-born baby girl clothes?
I'm expecting in February and I have all her stuff, except her clothes.Not sure where to look for clothes, but I don't want her wearing all pink and purple.

I just answered a question and it got me thinking. Am I the only one who thinks that flowers and fruit plastered all over clothes for girls is goofy? I don't mean to offend anyone, but I can't be alone in this?? I find that Gymboree and Children's Place are notorious for the flower fruit themed clothing. What do you think?
Little girls clothes question?
Ok so I have two girls, one is 10 and the other is 5 and I always like for them to have socks that match their outfits. They've grow really fast and they have outgrown all of their socks Where can I buy many colored socks like red, blue, purple, green, yellow, orange, pink, etc for them? I don't want them to be low cut socks because you can't see those while they're wearing them. Suggestions?
Designer Girls Clothes?
We've been invited to my cousins wedding in May and they don't want gifts. I thought i might buy their little girl a really nice outfit instead. She will be 2 1 2. I have looked at Oilily, Petit Bateau and Catimini but they seem very babyish. I have 5 month old twins myself so have never had to buy toddler clothes.Any advice on lovely brands with possibly lovely packaging etc would be great

they obviously notice if she's not wearing much, but if she's wearing just normal clothes, do they analyze a girls clothes like other girls do to each other? do they notice if she's wearing a cute t shirt or has cool shoes?
