Any recommendations for getting a high chair?
I'm about to get my baby's first high chair. Any features I should look for? What you folks found useful for your babies?BTW, my son is only 3 months, so he won't be using the high chair for at least a month, but we figured it was time to start looking.
The most compact high chair?
My apartment is seriously tiny, there is no room for a high chair, I don't even know where i could store one to tell you the truth. I do not have an extra chair so I don't want one of those ones that goes on the kitchen chair. I have one of those ones that attaches to the table, but I have it there is a 3 inch gap between the it when baby is leaning as far froward as possible. he is just 6 months and not quite sitting up on his own. Thanks for the suggestions The space saver high chair is not what i want, please read the question. it will not help me save space in the case.

I've been going through laundry for about two weeks now and I'm finally caught up with 7 bags for donation, closets organized, and 1 bag of total garbage.. the problem? I finally hit the bottom of my hamper, only to find my baby's high chair cover full of mold and whatnot. So does anyone know if I can purchase just the high chair cover? It's The First Years reclining newborn to toddler high chair that simply mounts on a chair. Is there a universal high chair cover?Anyway, thanks for the help .

Son Randomly Fell Asleep In High Chair?
It was the oddest thing. My son is 13 months old, he was in his high chair eating his lunch. He was pretty close to being done eating. and he just rolled his head forward, closed his eyes, and fell asleep. Its not like him, to just randomly fall asleep sitting up at his age. I'm guessing most likely he was just really tired and ready for his nap. but you don't think its anything i should be worried about. like him passing out from something else? maybe i'm being silly for worrying. just havn't seen him do that since he was a little baby. thanks.

How to make my toddler sit on high chair?
Hi,Thank you for your answer on this.My 1.5 years daughter used to sit wonderfully on baby seat and eat her food. After she finished her food we used to bring her down from baby seat and everything would be alright most of the time that is . Last week she was sick, because of her sickness we allowed her to eat on her Mommy because she didn't want to separate from her even for one minute. This week she feels better and plays by her own for hours. However, once we try to put her on the chair she starts crying, eventually we play with her and sit her down. The problem got even worse today we brought pizza home her most favourite food ever , she ran into the kitchen and asked to eat, but when we put her on the high chair she started crying and refused to be on it From our experience, last time we forced her down on her seat, she cried for full 20 minutes, threw up and her appetite was gone so that's no really an option. So today we tried to hold her from eating until she sits in her high chair we ate for about 40 minutes at which she begged to eat but refused to seat in her chair what so ever. We even tried putting dolls in her high chair nothing worked. So now she's hungry what are we doing now???? It's so hard...Did we do the right thing? Please respond quickly, we are fresh out of ideas. Thanks in advance
My baby Thinks Its Hilarious To Throw All His Food Off The high Chair?
my little boy is 11 months old, will be a year in a couple weeks. He is being so difficult to feed lately. every time i try to feed him his baby food out of the jar, he won't always open his mouth, or he grabs the spoon out of my hands and flings the food around. he wants to feed himself. so i let him eat some softer foods. and that usually works. but in the last few days, he has decided that its a fun game, to throw his food off the high chair. he literally, gets crazy and starts slamming his hands on the high chair, back and forth, throwing all the food up into the air, on the floor. i get frustrated, because i worry about him getting enough calories in him. i tell him no. but he just laughs at me, like he thinks its hilarious. any tips. ?
